Vyshyvanka Walk ‘25

Today, May 15, the streets of Ottawa came alive with color and pride as we gathered for the annual Vyshyvanka Walk, organized by UCC Ottawa.

Hundreds of participants dressed in traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirts – vyshyvankas – joined together to celebrate our rich culture, unity, and identity. 💙💛

The walk was a powerful reminder that Ukrainian heritage thrives in the heart of Canada, uniting generations and showing our shared commitment to freedom, culture, and community.
