Come celebrate the season of gratitude by decorating a pumpkin with the vibrant flowers, leaves, and graceful patterns of traditional Ukrainian Petrykivka Painting!

You will create a colorful harvest keepsake while enjoing an afternoon of folk art, creativity, and thankfulness.

Petrykivka Painting is one of Ukraine’s most beautiful folk-art traditions, celebrated for its vibrant flowers, leaves, berries, and flowing ornamental patterns.

Traditionally, this decorative technique was used to adorn walls, stoves, and household items — believed to ward off evil and sorrow. Some traditional hearth paintings even trace family lineage, turning everyday surfaces into living records of heritage.

Whether you’re an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush before, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to learn, create and connect with Ukrainian culture.
